Founded in Hertfordshire in 2001, we are now focused purely on the Life Sciences search market and are the only company in the world to be doing so.
We globally recruit Life Sciences Researchers and Consultants at all levels for search firms and recruitment consultancies working within the life sciences industry. We also place life sciences recruiters into in-house internal recruitment positions within pharmaceutical companies, CROs and biotechs, both on a contract and permanent basis.
UK Opportunities - as of February 2011 we are working with 18 Life Sciences search firms and 33 Life Sciences specialist recruitment companies, handling in excess of 110 live roles across the UK. Every week we are meeting between 3 and 8 Recruitment Consultants and Researchers who work in this niche sector.
International Opportunities - as of February 2011 we are working with 9 Life Sciences search firms and 15 Life Sciences specialist recruitment companies outside the UK, handling in excess of 35 live roles across Europe, Asia, Australia and America. We are working with boutique Life Sciences specialists as well as the Life Sciences divisions of top tier global search firms . The Life Sciences industry is now looking at increasing efficiency of internal recruitment processes following on from changes already made in supply chain, sales and management structures. As we are the only consultancy completely focused on supplying life sciences recruiters to the recruitment industry, it makes sense for us to provide these life sciences recruiters with in-house recruitment options too.
