What do they need?
• Someone to spearhead their new Japan office, service
local market and beyond
• A career recruiter / search professional with minimum 5
years experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Science
search
• A team player who can build business in untapped
locations, recruit a team and manage a P+L
• An articulate, highly credible individual with a solid
business background and ability to adapt into a new
company
• A passionate person with strong ties in Asia, a clear
understanding of inter country cultures and the
Japanese business world
• A team of consultants, a Managing Director or Country
Manager to take ownership of this new project
